TJ is a professional with a strong background in valuations and employee ownership. Since joining ESI in 2015, TJ has worked on a wide range of valuations, including equity transactions, fairness opinions, annual ESOP reports, leveraged buy-outs, and sell-side analysis. He has experience working on both existing and prospective ESOPs, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and consulting projects.
TJ also holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) credential in Business Valuation.
