Toni has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of financial and business-related areas. Since joining the team in 2005, she has been involved in hundreds of assignments, including but not limited to: ESOPs, equity transactions, fairness opinions, estate and gift tax reporting, buy-sell agreements, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate planning. In addition to her financial acumen, Toni also oversees ESI’s business operations, including technology, work flow management, and strategic planning. This broad range of skills and experience makes her a valuable asset to the team and to ESI’s clients.
Toni’s expertise in financial reporting and analysis is particularly noteworthy, as she is well-versed in forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost analysis. Given her background in manufacturing and experience working with privately held firms, Toni understands the unique challenges and opportunities that these businesses face. She holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) credential from the American Society of Appraisers, which is widely recognized as a mark of professional competence in the field of business valuation. Toni has a deep understanding of the complex financial, economic, and legal factors that impact business valuations, and she is committed to providing accurate and reliable valuations of businesses and other assets.
